Peter Gianakos
Peter has been owner of G's Fitness and Nutrition since December of 2005. He has been involved in the fitness industry since 2002, and has worked all over southeastern Connecticut. He holds a BS in Nutritional Science with an emphasis in Exercise and Sport. As our leading in-home trainer, Peter's in-home clientele covers a 25 mile radius along the Connecticut shoreline. As a former athlete, he has successfully developed programs for athletes from the scholastic level all the way to the professional level. Peter also has trained numerous clients with orthopedic, cardiovascular, and other chronic diseases. In addition, he has helped in the post rehabilitation for people with spinal, knee, and shoulder injuries. His knowledge of proper diet, coupled with a unique concept of training and experience, will guide you on the path to achieving your goals.
Chris Gianakos
Chris has an athletic background, participating in baseball and basketball for many years. He is a graduate of the University of Connecticut and has a B.S. in Nutritional Science for Exercise and Sport. He is a certified personal trainer with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), the only nationally accredited certification and the benchmark for trainers around the world.
Chris trains clients of all ages, genders and exercise abilities. From youths to senior citizens, Chris has experience training a wide variety of clients. His mission is to establish training programs that promote strengthening, injury prevention, and sports performance enhancement. Chris works with nationally ranked golf players, collegiate and professional athletes, high school teams, as well as, individual athletes of all ages.
Kevin Marchant
Kevin Marchant II, was a two-sport athlete in college playing football and basketball at Western CT where he graduated with his B.S. He was a captain, obtaining numerous conference and national awards junior and senior year for outstanding play. Kevin was awarded student-athlete of the year in his senior year of college. He went on to become starting defensive end in professional football for the AFL's Albany Conquest. Other athletic sports he has played include semi-pro basketball in Sweden, as well as college rugby for Stellenbosch in South Africa. Currently, he participates in mixed martial arts training and jujitsu. Kevin most recently created the 14-week athletic domination functional strength program for high school athletes, and continues to train athletes from all sports, as well as individuals, looking to lead a healthy lifestyle. He uses a unique high intensity approach with many non traditional forms to help people reach their desired goals. Currently he takes classes toward his goal in obtaining his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. He is also a member on the board for the Heavy Hitters Program out of Strikezone in New London, CT, which is a community-based program on healthy lifestyles. Kevin, also, is in his first year as an assistant coach for the East Lyme Vikings, focusing on strength and conditioning, as well as special teams.
Kevin offers boot camp classes, individual personal training, athletic development individual or small group training, as well as weight loss classes. He has trained everyone from professional level athletes looking to improve skills, to 10 year old children looking to learn about exercise in a fun and positive environment. In his free time, one of his favorite things to do is to take hikes with his dog, Cami.

My profession is my passion! I am certified as a Health and Fitness Specialist with the American College of Sports Medicine, and a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I am dedicated to an active lifestyle, combined with healthy nutrition. During my career in the Health and Fitness field, I have participated in bodybuilding competitions, and assisted athletes and other individuals with their training regime (general and sports specific). I have taught non-clinical rehabilitation and strength conditioning fitness classes using a variety of disciplines, and prenatal and postpartum exercise classes.
Finding a Certified Personal Trainer who specializes in people with unique circumstances can be intimidating. My expertise is working with individuals who have health challenges* that may impair daily activities or impact prior fitness levels. These include chronic conditions, pain management, and recovery from surgery or injuries. I enjoy helping people improve their quality of life.
My skills and lifelong interests provide me the opportunity to guide you through a fun and challenging variety of activities. Designing an individualized exercise program can support you in achieving and maintaining a positive way of life with visible results.

Stacey Coleman
I graduated from Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy (CCMT) in December of 2004. I received my state license in April 2005. (My license number is 004013.) I have been working at Water's Edge Resort and Spa in Westbrook, CT for over four and a half years. While there, I provide different types of services ranging from aromatherapy to deep tissue, hot stone massage, wraps and polishes to the clients.
I have also worked at Atlantic Massage in Niantic, CT. While there, I provided Swedish and deep tissue massages for my clients.
