Hello, my name is Rob Bono. I am a 2-year Professional Baseball Player in the Houston Astros Organization, with a career of high level pitching, catching and hitting experience. For the past few years, I have conducted private and small group pitching, catching, fielding and hitting lessons, where my main focus is improving mechanics. In early November, G’s Fitness in Waterford , CT will be opening a batting cage, where I will coordinate all softball and baseball cage rentals, pitching/hitting/fielding/catching lessons and clinics.

IRON MIKE PITCHING MACHINE (Baseball and Softballs) - It has been said that hitting is timing, so it sure is an advantage to be able to see the pitcher wind-up. The Iron Mike Arm Style Pitching Machine by Master Pitch are the same machines and same models seen in high schools and college baseball/softball programs, and at spring training facilities.
NETS - JUST FOR NETS® produces baseball and softball batting cages that meet all league requirements, using outstanding durable, long-lasting nylon knotted netting.
Turf Field-1100 square foot turf field
Pitching Machine Speeds: Our batting cage ranges from 35 mph to 85 mph.
Age Restrictions: No Age requirement for batting cage use.
